Hello. you has a problem folder on external drive missing because virus attack though you has scan virus already. Virus has hidden a folder of external drive. You can show hidden folder by command dos on window follow.
1. Open Dos program by windows follow. Press button "Start" and type "cmd" and press button enter to dos window is open.
2. insert command is follow. Call is a external drive ( Example : external drive of you as driver E:) Example

attrib -s -h -r /S /D
