just need a help to show me how to setup java path on Linux. How can I set JAVA_HOME and PATH variables for every user under my Linux Ubuntu system.
You need to setup global config in /etc/profile
sudo nano /etc/profile
Next setup PATH / JAVA_PATH variables as follows:
export JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk
export PAth=$PATH:/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk/bin
comment : /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk = Directory install JAVA
press key Ctrl+x and Press Key Y for save and close.
